For 30 days following the delivery of your order, you may request a refund if you are not satisfied with the product. For health and safety reasons, this product is non-returnable. Because it is a food item, returns or exchanges could compromise hygiene or freshness. To ensure that all customers receive safe, high-quality products, all sales of this item are final. However, if the product arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a full refund or replacement. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to food safety.

Opened products cannot be returned, but a refund will be issued for one opened item if multiple units of the same product were purchased. Unopened items may be returned and will be refunded upon receipt, provided they are unused, unopened, and in perfect, undamaged condition.

Shipping costs for returning unopened items will be reimbursed to the customer using the original method of payment, once the returned items have been received and confirmed to be unopened and undamaged. All returns of unopened items must be sent with delivery tracking. Any returned items not received by us will not be refunded, and items lost in transit will not be compensated.

Refunds for returned products will be processed within 14 days of receipt, using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds cover the full product cost charged by Doctors Pick, including any applicable sales taxes.
